How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through my website. Choose your preferred medium, select a size, upload your pet’s photo, and add custom notes and gift options. It’s designed to be both easy and customizable, so you can get exactly what you’re envisioning for your portrait! For a more detailed guide, visit the "How It Works" section in the navigation.

What kind of photo should I choose?

I work directly from your reference photo, so a high-quality, evenly lit headshot of your pet is best! You’re welcome to send multiple photos for reference, but one clear image will be used as the main photo for the portrait. If you're unsure which photo to choose, I'm happy to help you decide!

When will I receive my order?

My turnaround time varies depending on my current order volume. Each product page includes my current turnaround time and I also include your estimated completion date in the follow-up email after you place your order.

What if I need my portrait sooner?

If you need your portrait by a specific date, please fill out my contact form with the your requested date and portrait details. I will let you know if I’m able to accommodate your request. Rush orders may require a rush fee.

Can I include more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes, absolutely! I offer specific size options based on the number of pets you'd like included. These recommended sizes ensure that each pet has enough space to be painted with the detail and clarity they deserve. When placing your order, you’ll be able to select the number of pets, and the size options will adjust accordingly to give the best result.

Can I request a background or personal touches?

When placing your order, you can use the "notes" section to request a custom background or personal add-ons! Once I review your order, I’ll let you know if any additional fee is needed based on the level of detail. Simple additions like grass or a soft color wash are free of charge. If you're unsure whether your request would require an extra fee and would like a quote beforehand, feel free to reach out through my contact form.

What if I would like to see a sketch?

Sketches are only provided after your order has been placed. If you would like to receive a sketch, I’m happy to provide one upon request after the order is confirmed. Most portraits do not require a sketch, but portraits with custom additions such as backgrounds, collars, or multiple pets will include a sketch for you to review and we can make any revisions together until you are happy with the final sketch!

What’s your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 48 hours of placing your order. If a sketch has already been provided during that time, a $50 sketch fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before any work begins. Once payment is received, your project will be added to the production schedule based on current turnaround times.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment.
  • If a sketch has already been provided within the 48-hour window, a $50 non-refundable sketch fee will be deducted from the total refund. This covers the time and creative process involved in developing the initial concept and composition of your portrait.

Copyright & Usage

  • All artwork, including sketches, remains the intellectual property of Artist Angel Marie.
  • Clients may not reproduce, modify, or sell the artwork without written permission.
  • You are welcome to share the finished artwork for personal, non-commercial use.
